self-caring
Caring for ourselves is not a noun, not a product we consume or a task to check off a list. It is an ongoing process. And we don’t have to do it alone.
join us to explore self-caring, together
Sometimes, self-caring means doing the thing that feels hard in the moment, when all of our patterns want us to do anything else. It means tending to what needs attention and taking a nourishing and supportive step in that direction, rather than avoiding, numbing, or minimizing.
We probably have awareness and a mental knowing of things we “should” and “shouldn’t” do, but we just can’t seem to make the shift.
This is where somatic work and community come in. Our bodies don’t feel safe enough (yet) to take the new action or stop the old one.
Together, we can turn toward ourselves, exploring what self-caring means for each of us in this season, and remembering we are not alone.
