enneagram

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-awareness and development. It helps us to see our blind spots and biases, and reconnect us with our true nature. As we uncover more of ourselves, we make space for deeper, more authentic connection with others. This tool provides a framework for social energies, communication styles, conflict patterns, motivational drives, stress behaviors, and more. In these workshops, we approach ourselves and each other with compassion from a whole-person perspective, exploring mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns and experiences, safely together. Whether your group is new or experienced with the Enneagram, we have an offering for you.

Emotions, nervous system, & somatics

Dropping out of the head and into the heart and body is a powerful journey. There is so much wisdom within our felt-sense reality that we aren’t always taught how to access. In these workshops, we will safely and gently explore more of our human experience. From Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead work on vulnerability, shame, empathy, trust and brave leadership to Stephen Porges’s Polyvagal Theory examining our states of safety and connection and states of survival in fight, flight, and freeze, these experiential workshops are designed to help you relate to each other on another level of being.

diversity, inclusion & belonging

Before we can truly feel safe belonging in a group, we must feel safe belonging to ourselves. These workshops are designed to bring the Me and the We together in exploring psychological safety, bias, identity, personality, and connection. Topics can include introversion/extroversion, feminine/masculine energies, ego/essence in understanding ourselves, and more as we look at ways of working and interacting, going deeper into the embodiment of belonging.

what clients are saying

  • “I wanted to share the impact that this training has had on our department. In the past 4 or 5 months, we went through a reorganization. With some of the changes, I’ve noted some friction with my leadership peers group. I’ve noted that during this friction, I’ve witnessed multiple people bringing up what they learned about with the Enneagram typing. What is really exciting is that they have given each other grace based on learning that others communicate and operate different than themselves.”

    -Dan

  • “I honestly cannot say enough good about Meagan and the value she brought to the retreat. Even though I was quite knowledgeable about the Enneagram before meeting her, her insight and approach to the Enneagram took my knowledge, understanding, and appreciation for the Enneagram to the next level. She taught it in a way that allowed for space to process, and honest/open conversation. My retreatants (and I) took so much away from her training. Beyond her knowledge and gentle approach to the Enneagram, she was incredibly prepared for the class. She would frequently touch base with me on where we were in the process, if there was anything I needed from her, and she proactively shared her resources and materials with me so that I was able to review them. Meagan was such a valuable asset and I would recommend her to any organization looking to have her do an Enneagram workshop!”

    -Diana

  • “These trainings have had this positive impact each time you’ve given it. Thank you for setting aside the time to do it, as I believe there is a huge ROI. Every interaction I have with you makes me and those around you better.”

    -Nick

  • “I had the opportunity to go through the Enneagram process with my respective leadership team which included a cross-functional group. It was a very eye opening experience as it helped me to realize that not everyone thinks the same way and our personality types influence our approach at work. Certain behaviors that I had observed from my peers made more sense, and it helped me to learn to pause and listen better, not quickly jumping to conclusions. I highly recommend this workshop to others working in small/medium size groups.”

  • “I really enjoyed the weekend and appreciated your style, flow, and how you presented in a loving, nonjudgemental way. I know that would take a lot of work to be able to present each number in this way. I also appreciated your appropriate vulnerability sharing yourself with the group and how the Enneagram has helped transform you and your life's path. I appreciated all the thought you put into crafting the weekend.”

    -Kate

  • “I have been on somatic journey for a few years but working with Meagan both individually and in a group took my experience to another level. She has a true gift for holding space and for asking questions that allow her clients to dig deep into stored emotions. In a group setting, she sets the tone for safe exploration and non-judgmental learning from each other. Even if you are new to somatic therapy, you will leave a session with Meagan feeling lighter and further along in your personal growth.”
